  1. That is a good idea. Thanks Great. I just sent them an email. I will call them tomorrow. Thanks
  2. Thank you for your comment. I extremely need a professional consultant. But I don't know how to find a suitable attorney for this issue.
  3. Due to the delay recommendation from DOS (9 months, still pending) and a denied O1, my whole family has to leave the US and return to my home country in several days. No job, no income, no medical care, no school. My US kid with medical problem is on the way losing every support. Helpless and desperate! I hope you will have a good luck.
  4. I am sorry it seems that the ID of the officer is not shown in the notice. I don't find it. Just try your best to work through it. I haven't received the denial notice, and I have no idea about the reasons. In the RFE notice, it said I am not the first author in the publications. However, I am the first author or co-first author in 3 papers I listed as significant projects. The notice also said, even the citation examples are remarkable, but it doesn't mean it is widely comment. Even though the citation number is high, no evidence support it is due to my individual contribution. Even the model I established is used in industry for new technique, but no data support the new technique is widely used. I also had an approved EB1 some months ago. It seems some officers are very strict. Hopefully, it is helpful for you and good luck.
  5. Completely denied after a response to RFE. If your O1 will send to VSC, please don't request premium process. Otherwise, it will be high risky.
  6. It is not bad with O1. I am in grace period and my O1 was just denied by VSC even I hold more than 1000 citations and approved EB1😂
  7. We are in the 10 month, but grace period now. No job. The US kid will lose medical care within this month.
  8. I don't think you can. But you can ask your attorney or check it in the official policy.
  9. If you stay in the location corresponding to CSC or your don't request premium process, O1 should be not very difficult.
  10. I think USCIS is waiting for DOS. If there is a congestion in DOS, the speed in USCIS is also slow.
  11. Thank you so much for sharing! Congratulation! Hope you everything goes well.
  12. Yes, it seems all the actions are useless. But that is all we can do. Currently I have been in the edge of giving up the immigration to the US due to the J waiver. Maybe pursuing PR in Australia or Canada is an alternative and better option.
  13. I have also contacted senator. But there are no positive response. What I can do now is reaching out to WRD directly by myself.
  14. I can totally understand your feeling. My US child has complicated medical problem and our J will expire right after Christmas in this month. My emotion is very very very bad due to the delayed processing time in DOS. If we go back to the home country, there is no doubt that the US child will be in exceptional hardship condition rapidly. very limited medical care, no education available for her. Most of the J1 visa holders are making significant contribution to the US. I have no idea why DOS has to put the hardship applicants to real hard ship!
  15. You are right. People can consider some other countries. No need to stick to the waiting.
  16. It seems that a lot of hardship applicants have to meet real hardship at the end. My J will expire this month. So disappointed.
  17. Maybe. I feel desperate some cases have stayed 15 months in DOS.
  18. I heard from somebody. Which country you are from has big impact on the time.
