  1. Looks like the update was yesterday then. Check again today, sometimes it takes 24 hours or so for it to come through.
  2. We got married in Texas as well. My wife used her new name on all the USCIS forms, despite the certificate and other documents we sent only showing the old name. In the end we were approved without any issues. EAD and GC have her new name on them. As other posters pointed out, the certificate itself is the legal basis for the name change.
  3. Wife's case was approved today! The case had been at the Dallas FO since March when the NBC transferred it over, got an RFE for medicals in April that we swiftly responded to, and today we got the approval.
  4. 3-6 months seems to be the norm for K1 adjustments nowadays. The published processing times are how long it takes them to get through 80% of all family-based cases, so there's a bit of a long tail in the distribution.
  5. We got a cancelation notice in our account today. According to EMMA our interview was waived. Make up your minds already, USCIS!
  6. Interview scheduled for June 20. Was hoping it would've been waived since we got a medical RFE last month, but alas...
  7. Requests for initial evidence (e.g., I-864) generally come from service centers early in the intake process, usually the NBC in Lee's Summit, MO. Requests for additional evidence (e.g., medical RFEs for I-693) usually come from field offices during the actual adjudication process.
  8. Correct, that's the combo card. The case itself will not update and close until the card is produced - give it 2-3 weeks.
  9. Check the documents tab of the I-765 in the next 24 hours. Likely a combo card approval. Same thing happened to us a few weeks ago.
  10. Combo card approved this morning. Excellent news - they can take all the time they want on the GC now for all we care. 😅
  11. I have not. It seems like if you don't get an EAD approval shortly after biometrics, chances are you won't get it before your AOS gets approved.
  12. Not really. NBC has been flying through K1 AOS cases in recent months, many of which have the interview waived and don't even get sent to the field office.
  13. Possibly - is there anything in the documents tab for the 765?
