  1. Just received my interview letter today. DQ'd May 31, 2024, interview for December 11th. Wasn't expecting it to be this soon!
  2. Thanks for the helpful advice. Since my wife has $0 income and isn't required to file USA Taxes, we have included the past 3 years of Canadian Tax returns showing no income and a letter confirming that. We have a joint sponsor in the USA who meets the requirements. For domicile, we plan on submitting all of the standard things (drivers license, lease agreement, voters registration, US bank account, etc.) Thanks Everyone!
  3. Looking for some help. My USC wife and I live in Canada where I am employed but will not be employed immediately when we move to the USA. My wife is a stay at home mom and has a confirmed income of $0. My wife's dad lives in the USA and we will be moving in with him until we find a place. He has enough income to meet the requirements. So if my wife is the Sponsor and completes a i-864 with supporting documents (but has $0 income and we are not using assets for proof on income) does her dad just need to complete the i-864 as a Joint Sponsor and provide the required documents? I'm getting confused with the i-864a paper as well. Any help would be appreciated!
