    How long do I have to schedule a interview? Cause our petition is about to expire on February 23rd but in the email I got from the embassy in December 17th it says I have a year to work om the visa case. Once it's December 17, 2024 our case expires.

    So, my fiance and I have a interview date soon in Manila, Philippines and we need to fill out the I-134 form. I have my tax return form, 1040 for this year and my W-2 form of 2023. My income is 40,000 a year., which says my income is 125% above poverty lines. Is my W-2 and my tax return form, 1040 alone sufficient for evidence with the I-134 form?

    How do I fill out the I-134 form property? I have my recent W-2 from my employer and it's about 40,000 in income. Only sponsoring my fiance. It's that enough evidence to prove I can support my fiance?

    I've looked through my chats and I'm freaking out cause I called my fiance my husband. He calls me love and I call him my husband. I sent in three years worth of chats and I've been calling him my husband for that long and I'm worried it gonna effect my petition.
