Oh wow, that’s funny, maybe she could help me out too😂. Yes I agree, it really shouldn’t be that difficult to get info from your doctors office. Good luck & best wishes to you, you have a date now to put an end to this crazy process.
That amazing news. I’m really worried about the medical, did he have to obtain patient summary records from the nhs doctor?. My doctor surgery is a nightmare and I know I’ll struggle to get anything from them. Yes that is a long journey - fortunately for me I’m only an hour or so outside of London. Thank you
Wow, that’s incredible news. I’m expecting to be DQ’d early Jan ( submitted to NVC Nov 28th). Then I’ll have to do the medical and interview in London too. I waited so long for the i130 approval that a bit of catch up time is much appreciated. Please keep me posted with when the medical is and how it goes. Best of luck to everyone and congratulations
That’s great, it looks like the London embassy have pretty good timeframes and are organised. I see some people from other countries waiting over a year for the interview, so sad after waiting all that time for the approval.
I don’t think we will lose too much time for the holidays. They will only have 2 days off, and they seem to be getting along nicely now 🙏🙏. Good luck everyone
Your turn must be soon. I can’t believe how slow these 2021 cases are. I’ve seen people approved from other centres from may- July 2022. It’s just not fair. I’m wishing you all the best of luck that you get your approval any day 🙏
Thank you so much for your reply. That’s good to know that the interview was quick and straightforward. We were married in the US. I will be glad when all of this is over 😂. I’ll have a look for your review.😊
I am wondering what type of questions they ask you at the interview for IR1 citizen spouse. Did you have to provide letters from friends/ family etc confirming you have a good faith marriage?. I am waiting for DQ currently and then will go through processing in London too. My attorney thinks I should get letters from people who have known myself and my husband for years. This will be difficult as I live in the U.K. and he lives in the US, I just wondered if it was absolutely necessary. Any advice would be wonderful- thank you
Hi all, just wanted to join in with the wait with you. I submitted my docs on November 28th, so am expecting to hear something around mid January. It looks like they are taking around 6 weeks at the moment. Good luck to us all 🙏.
Yes I agree, contact your state representative. They put in a request to USCIS for me and it seems to have helped. I can’t believe how slow California Service Centre are, still working on October cases. I know exactly how you feel, it completely drained me. I hope you hear something very soon 🙏
