Hello good people, Please do clarify my worries on this topic, thanks in advance. So my husband petitioned for me and I have been approved . I am about to submit my ds260 can I add in my orphan nephew whom I am planning to adopt before submitting ?Will he be able to come to the US with me or he will do so at a later date? Also, is it better to do the adoption once am in the US as PR? I have been taking care of him for over three years. Thanks
