  2. Hi Fellows member : I just want ask straight question my wife's condition permanent residence card will be expire on 4/1/2025 , I know I have to file form I-751 to remove conditions PR beside fill up that form is there anything that I need to submit as proof together with that form? I appreciate the answer, thank you.
  3. You just need to submit tax transcript from IRS that is sufficient enough from what year they will required if I’m not mistaken the last 3 year
  4. I would not advise you to reschedule the interview once set up by your consulate unless you have legit reason like death or life situation something is emergency. Also is up to your consulate where your beneficiary has slot schedule open again and could take longer, anyway is up to you what to decide good luck.
  5. You need to be more specific in your case for what interview is it CR1 or IR 1? Every case is vary so explained your situation more detail in order for this forum to help you.
  6. That could be for sputum test since the doctor was examined your husband got x ray result wasn’t really clear just be patient with it. Unfortunately you have to wait for 8 weeks to get the result hopefully the waiting is over and all come back good , they will issue visa after that, Good luck!
  7. I agree with crazy cat you should just wait because your case still in NVC I believe there is back logged in Doha embassy, just be patient.
  8. I suggest once you enter the US you need to wait about 1-2 months until you get the appointment for fingerprints from ASC where your domicile in the US once you receive your plastic GC you cN travel back to your country where you plan mentioned above. Still also maintain your residency to keep your GC alive.
  9. You looking for time frame bet 18-24 months depends on your case also factoring on service center that process your case, also when uscis approve they move your case to nvc, and finally embassy where your spouse will do interview how fast they are working etc. It’s a long process but will get there as long you are patient and everything is legit
  10. Option 1 and wait about 1-2 months if you can to get the real plastic card mail to your US domicile and then you can leave after that to go wherever you want but still maintain your green card holder wisely.
  11. My question to you when you paid the green card for your spouse do you have receipt number? Keep that receipt handy and usually isn’t the same with IOE number ….I only suggest you just wait until uscis send you letter for biometric near where you reside in the US. Just be patient cause with the mail also could be wait time is little longer. You will get the green card don’t worry too much.
  12. That normal , after pandemic could take bet 18-24 months until your spouse arrive in US depend on your case.
  13. Well for my case when I petition for my wife is always have peace of mind to get certified translator recognize by US embassy but here the key you need to find what is the best for you! We just give you an idea but the rest is up to you because I don’t know how in Spain what is works over there, Good lucks!
  14. Read the instruction correctly when you file form I130 also be a good student before you file it what that means if document wasn’t in english meaning that you need to find English translator that was certified by the US embassy where your spouse will get interview. If it in Spain that you need to look up information online there has to be list of certified english translator by US embassy in Spain.
