Thank you in advance for any help and info. Does anyone have the P3 or Packet 3 to send me for theUS Embassy in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia? I would like to get a head start on gathering my documents as the petitioner and also let my fiancé in Ethiopia know what to expect as well. Her application has just been sent to the embassy in Addis Ababa. I know they will be sending out Packet 3 of instructions of what needs to be done next for both of us as well as which documents we will also need to submit. Thanx
