Our Story
So, I met Rassie my sweet fiance in 2004, in a Ministry group in SA called 13 Floor, in Pretoria. I taught him how to dance! We started dating in 2005, and then I came back to the states in 2006 for a bit of a break and to work. We traveled Europe together( in missions) at the end of 06' and then I moved back to South Africa in 2007, to start a dance team! We got engaged September 21st of 07'. But rassie had applied for a visa twice before in 05' to try and come see my family but had been denied. So we made a date for him to go again this year November 25th and apply for a volunteer work visa, because he was going to work with 13th floor USA team as their accountant. SO he went for his appointment on friday and he was denied, for the THIRD TIME. He was honest about the fact that he had a fiance in the states and they immediately turned him down(because he was honest). So we cryed all day on Saturday and then I pulled myself together and now WERE GOING A DIFFERENT ROUTE!!! So...thats our story up to now( in a nut shell). Our wedding date is set for September 26th of 2008 in South africa, but we don't know what to apply for yet. Get married legally and apply for spousal visa or apply for the fiances visa and still try and keep our wedding date.
