The timeline isn't exactly the same. Although USCIS seems to be forwarding petitions to NVC faster than a couple of months ago, NVC is now taking its time to assign case numbers. Now it takes around 3 months to get a case number, some people had to wait slightly less, but the mark seems to be 90 days. Keep in mind, NVC phone lines have been taken down a few months ago so you can't call them, but you can send them an email. I'd suggest a first inquiry after 30 days and you can use either NVCResearch@state.gov or the public inquiry form here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html . Use NVC Research if you don't know if your petition has reached NVC yet, they're faster and generally more accurate!

They should come back to you by the end of the week, hopefully! This is what I said in the email: "Hello, I am inquiring to know our correct case number for our approved I-129F petition. NVC confirmed our petition was received on 06/29/2023. To assist you in locating my application, please find the following details: Petitioner's Full Name: ......... Petitioner's Date of Birth: ........... Beneficiary's Full Name: ............ Beneficiary's Date of Birth: ............ Receipt Number: WAC...... I kindly request the correct case number assigned by the National Visa Centre." I also attached our NOA2 and the email received on 6/29

I received NOA2 on 5/17. After that I inquired for the first time after 30 days. On June 29th we got the "received but not in our system" response. This week was our fifth time inquiring about the case number, we sent one every week and this last time we also attached a screenshot of the email received on 6/29. I know it's very frustrating, but keep sending inquiries every week! When was your last inquiry?

Should I be worried about my case?

I had a very similar experience, around my case everyone received some kind of news and my case looked like it was left behind. It wasn't! It's the anxiety unfortunately. I got my NOA2 after 406 days but they are speeding up. I'm betting next week you'll be celebrating -
My fiancé just got an email from NVC with the "The National Visa Center (NVC) recently received your immigrant visa petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our system" update. NOA1: April 6th 2022 NOA2: May 17th 2022 Seems like they're speeding up!
