Yes, I know that much. But what about "waiver" why is that the reason for the interview?
Not that I know of. We just did her profile, chose the CR1 visa category and that showed up. We didn't choose any of it. We didn't click on it.
We finally got our Visa Interview. My wife made a profile in ustraveldocs.com to set up her profile. She set up the pick up location where to send the Visa. In the front page of the profile and the receipt it says "Reason for travel: IV Waiver." Can anyone please tell us what it means? I have attached a photo to show you how it looks.
I've read plenty of posts on this forum and others stating that you need a 864a for the spouse of the joint Sponsor even if you're not using their income to qualify.
Do I write in $0 even if they work? My joint Sponsor makes enough. He filed taxes with his wife but we're not using her income. But we're still filling a 864a for her.
I have a joint Sponsor. He filed his taxes married filing jointly. We won't use his spouse income because he makes enough. His spouse does work though. What do I put on his 864 form in the spouse income space? Her income or $0?
Due to Covid-19 the service industry was greatly affected and I was laid off. This forced me to move back home. Currently at home there's 4 members. Both my parents, my brother and me. Three of those members have jobs but neither one of us qualify for full sponsorship because we've been traveling to our home country for extended periods of time. Is it possible to combine the income of three of us that live in the same household? The house is owned in full by my dad can that be considered?
