DS-160 With Children

I am filing DS-160 for my fiancé. She has 2 children that will accompany her. I know I have to file a separate DS-160 and pay fees, for each one. K2 for the children. Do I need to make separate interview appointments for each person, or can the children go to my fiancés interview with her?
