I checked the documents under her AOS application on her USCIS account and the DS-3025 isn't there, should I just upload it as the requested evidence? I'm freaking out though because after I click the link it says I have ONE shot to upload the evidence, and if I get it wrong she can be denied. Please help 😅

I'm seeing a lot of people that just responded with a copy of their D-2035 and it was approved, but of course I'm nervous about sending them what the RFE wasn't talking about. But the I-693 isn't required because she'd completed her exam overseas less than a year ago, or so it says. There's just too much conflicting information and I don't want to spend money I don't have to 😅

Hello again! This may sound dumb since there's so much information to help here, but still I feel better asking directly. So we just received an RFE for my wife's I-693, but we already have the medical exam paperwork from the Philippines, her D-3025. There's an option to upload her record to her USCIS account, would that fulfill the RFE? She took her medical exam on 7/5/2022 and she arrived here on 8/29/2022, we turned in her I-485 on 11/28/22.

I know she's not out of status because we applied before the date on the I-94 passed, but I'm always nervous about these things. One thing goes wrong and it's months of hell to go through.

Hello again! My now wife has been suffering from chronic vertigo and pain in her right ear, often accompanied with slight hearing loss, for a few weeks now. I want to make her an appointment with a doctor to check her out, as she's now on my workplace medical insurance as my dependent. The potential issue is, we still don't have her Green Card. We're waiting on her Adjustment of Status, but so far we only have a receipt that they've gotten it. I don't want her to get in any trouble, but I need to make sure she's okay. What do I do?

Okay it looks like it made it, my account was charged for the amount. I'm nervous so I'll just ask, what should the charge look like on my bank account? 😅

Hello again! So I did the search, found the correct address for FedEx deliveries, put that on my packet and went to the shipping place. Shipped it to the S. Dearborn St., Chicago IL address. Then I realized they sent it through USPS. How much trouble am I in for? 😅
