So does anybody hav the email address for the NVC so i can see if they have recieved our K1 packet? also its been 14days since our NOA2 about how many days should we give them before enquireing? our interview embassy is in Thailand an im wondering if their is anybody else here on this thread that will be interviewing there?
  2. I know just how you feel.. we are may 11th an watched a good majority get approved all around our date during the July time period.. then watched an watched.. until Aug 28th when we finall got notification of some movement. we got a RFE.. happy to see movement sad it wasnt an approval. So we returned the RFE an finally we got our NOA2.. 490 days.. Use this time to get ready for after the NOA2 because you know it's gonna come an soon.. not like where we were 9 months ago.. Knowing its coming but later than sooner... So hang in their... its coming sooner than later..
  3. So for the K1 visa the I134 form that i fill out only goes with my fiance to the interview i dont have to file/mail it or upload it if i do it online any where...
  4. I was looking to start my I134A yesterday online but their was a posted warning that they were only accepting online visa for the listed countries an that i would have to file an innependant I134A for the dependant of my fiance... did i miss read/understand this or what...?
  5. Hello every body an thank you. I was wondering if anybody has any experience with the Thailand Immigrations interview process for the K2 child accompanying the parent. Basically is their a set of questions for the child or really random stufff anything. My fiancé's daughter is 12 years old so we were talking about this last night . Also the support form the I131 says the date for the old forms is the 4/23 form but is the only one you can down load off the uscis site. Is their another form someplace else" thanks for your time

  16. iv read most of the replies here an aside from all the USCIS legal stuff which is spot on here i have to say the C1 is the route to go.. One thing i read in your front post was that you wonted to get your life going with your diance. i think getting married is the best step to kick starting that adventure.. Im currently a K1 waiting for my NOA2 an i filed in May of 2022. i believe the wait for the 2 forms at present are about the same. My fiance an i wonted to get married in the US an at the time that was a good idea. Now after 14 months of waiting im regretting not getting married an filing a C1 we could have started our future together an yes it would have started in another country but would have ended up in the US. Now we feel like were stuck in the mud with no control of our future waiting on USCIS to do something in a logical manner.. theirs a numerical sequence for a reason but to no avail their running amuck in their approval sequence.. Then after we so get to the US because we are K1 visa filers we'll finally get married an we hav to deal with all the other stuff not on our time but USCIS's time frame... so we'll be waiting. Again...
  17. Well im May 11 2022 NOA1 an im still waiting for my NOA2.. im posting here now an being optimistic for my NOA2 will soon to be here..
  18. Im currently awaiting my NOA2 an USCIS is working my month so im trying to get ahead of myself anf get some questions answered. My fiance has 3 kids and we have them listed on our I129F application. But 2 the 19yro and the 10yro will be staying behind. The 19yro is going to collage and the 10yro will be staying with his grandfather for a while. Im still intending on filing the DS160 for him so if i can bring him to the US in a year then that will still be an option.. My question about the 19yro.. She is currently attending collagehere in Bangkok and we would like to bring her with us after the interview so she can start her change of status when we get married in the U.S.. We'v been told that she would be eligable to return back to Bangkok after filing a change of status to continue her education and another type of educational exit visa/ form.. Not sure which one cause i cant seem to find it. SO what are are my options for her? My question concerning the 10yro. Does he have to attend the interview with my fiance, an get the medical check up an other stuff (file the DS160, ect...) if he is following within the year..
  19. thanks for the info... make's sence now... yes we noticed yesterday their still working Mar, Apr, an May cases.. so were in the running.. thanks again for yur time
  20. Thanks for getting back to me..My fiancé. Does have full custody of the kids as documented in her divorce decree the father isnt in their lives even tho he lives 5km down the road. The 19 yro will be something we deal with when she graduates. Hopefully she'll reconsider an come with us an then return asap. That being said will my step son have to go to the interview with my fiancé? Even tho he might not come with in the year. The way im understanding it is i do the DS160 an he comes to the interview if we wont him to be able to follow within a year. An if its a definite he wont be following within a year then he wont be required to attend the interview an i dont have to file a DS160 for him or the oldest. Also on a side note the kids are not legally my step kids until we get married i get that its just the way im referencing them even tho were not married now but will be by the end of the year... Hopefully... praying hard..
  21. I dont understand why my earliest date to contact USCIS is Nov 30 of 2023 when even based on their time frame i should have heard something from them within the next 2 months even tho im May11th an it seems about close to 80% ( my numbers could also be off here) if not slightly over for the month of May is done... So im wondering if they USCIS is hitting each month hard for the 80% mark and then moving on so as to show progress... I dont know maybe im grasping at straws. Im just trying to understand...
  22. I started a new topic cause im not sure of where to put it. So for the moderators feel free to move it if necessarygrandfather passed My current status is NOA1 May filer an the ISCIS is currently working the May files an starting the June 2022 filers. An i had a few questions concerning how to go about getting my step kids to the US... 1- I have 3 step kids one is is going to be 19 an she is attending the University here in Thailand so she has decided to stay here in Bangkok. I have one who is 12 an she will be going with us when we leave and will be attending the interview with my fiance. I have one that is 10 who will be staying behind and following us with in the year (maybe) cause he is currently staying with his grandfather. An all 3 are on our I-129F form because the original intent was to bring them all home at the same time.. A. So my question is do i have to file a DS-160 for my 19yro step daughter who is on the I-129F but staying behind to attend collage in Bangkok? She will not be coming until after graduation.. B. Do i have to file a DS-160 for my 10yro step son who will be following us with in a year an does he have to attend the interview with my fiancé? C. If for some reason my step son doesn't follow us within the 1 year period what happens to his status? (This might happen if my fiancé decides to let him stay here with his grandfather who is 75 D. If my 10yro step son's status does change do i have to file a I-130 (im assuming)...? E. Will or can the process (I-130) be expedited because he is a minor who if he is still here will have nobody to care for him except his older sister..? This would mean his grandfather would have passed..
