Hello all,
It is nice to see light at the end of the tunnel, our estimated approval is within the next two weeks however my job downsized in June and had to let me go. I have been out of a job since then collecting unemployment (talk about worst timing). I tried my best for a month to find a new job but no luck so last resort, I thankfully was able to reach out to an old job that is willing to take me back so I start next week! The pay is low and it is very temporary, I am even speaking with another company this week that may hire me however, I will inform them how important and fast i'd need to be hired if I go with them instead.
In saying all of that, I am just trying to get prepared so taking a look at the checklist of things that need to be gathered such as proof of income/employment it list last 2 check stubs and W-2s from that current job. I won't have a W-2 from a new job to show them. Do I show them an old one? will this hurt my chances? And as for last 2 check stubs, do I have to wait until I have 2 check stubs to show? I get unemployment checks now and I have a good amount in savings.
