  1. Godverdomme 🤐🙄 Are you going to apply for N-400?
  2. That's insane....why is your case taking already soooo long?🤔 what's your field office?
  3. True.....they might come up with another extension...you never know 🤪I don't want to jinx it 😉
  4. @mecpk : that's exactly why I'm not waiting, I wanna be done with dealing with uscis, plus I want to be able to vote next year 😉
  5. I think, I'm going to send everything since I-751 because the stuff since marriage they got already twice. Thanks for your input!👍
  6. So basically all the things they got for I-751 just up to date, like bank statements or bills ok
  7. Ooops🤣🤣yes N- 400.typo😉 so you recommend all of it, bank statements, pay stubs since filing I-751, tax transcripts?
  8. So, I haven't gotten a 48 month extension, yet. But already thinking about the N-499application: should I just send the documents required by uscis or add already the once you're supposed to bring to the interview, ike bank statements and so on ??🤔 how are you guys going about it? I'm eligible in May.
  9. 🤔 great....🤷‍♀️ I see you applied for ROC at the same time , May '22... so I assume my NOA extension is on the way,too.....
  10. Nope,no update OR 48 months extension letter yet - but definitely going to do my N-400 in May 👍
  11. I haven't gotten one yet,I applied May 2022 and got the 24 month letter in June or July'22
  12. They will,I'm pretty sure🙄pfff......Just makes me wonder, if applying for N-400 is actually speeding up the process 🤔
  13. Yeah,I just the new update by email from uscis, announcing the change- sooooo everyone with pending I-751 is getting an extension of the extension letter 🤪🙄🤷‍♀️🤬
  14. Unbelievable....I filed in May '22...got 24 months letter. ..hopefully I don't get the new extension letter now.Still gonna file for N-400 upcoming May
  15. Same timeline in my case, yes, fingers and everything else crossed 🍀🤞👍
  16. You don't need any family members to witness- we had none,it was just me and my wife, and a courthouse employee was the witness!
  17. It's not that easy anymore to keep the german citizenship she should read about it thoroughly on the german state website! You need to proof good reasons,to keep it. But,even as a firmer german citizen, if needed you can always get that citizenship back I've been through that reading and thought process, cause I'm german, but eligible to apply for us citizenship in May'23- not keeping german citizenship 😉
  18. That would be great! Hopefully that's uscis's way,to deal with the huge back log !
  19. OMG 😃 CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! Did you even go to an interview??
