  1. No, only citizens are qualified . I got one, too a while back.on the note i got Was a webpage where you can say that you're not qualified due to bot being us citizen
  2. No, don't go .You withdrew your application and the interview got canceled. Hope, you get better soon! And , when you're ready, just reapply for naturalization πŸ˜‰
  3. You're fortunate to be able to travel that much, that's great for both: your relationship AND for evidence!! All the best for your journey, strong nerves and patience- and never be reluctant to ask here for help: it is a great community with lots of knowledgeable people!πŸ‘
  4. πŸ˜ƒπŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³woohooooo, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!πŸ˜‰
  5. Wooho, great! I'm hoping for that, too I also included the NOA for I-751 in my N-400 application, so fingers crossed! All the best for your interview!πŸ‘You'll soon be free from uscisπŸ˜‰
  6. Yes, better all of them- even if they won't look at it.Better to much , than 1 missing itemπŸ˜‰
  7. That's exactly your situation, as I see it- be honest to the officer about when he moved out and that you can't file for divorce now, plus that this is not your goal but rather want to work it out. Your attorney might pitch in there, too. To me , your evidence looks sufficient πŸ‘ Viel GlΓΌck fΓΌrs Interview!πŸ˜‰
  8. Ok....no timeline, so it was a bit confusing...at least. But again, the fact that you are a naturalized citizen, unfortunately has no impact on the 10 year ban that happened because he overstayed his visaπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ those are the rules and they get enforced. Sorry for the situation, it's really unfortunate πŸ˜•
  9. Updating your timeline would clarify things- your previous posts only mentioned you're a LPRπŸ€·β€β™€οΈbut anyways, even as a citizen, you won't be able to shorten the ban for your dad who overstayed and due to that got a 10 year ban, unfortunately.
  10. You are far away from being a citizen- you are a lawful permanent resident/ greencard holder
  11. Maybe that's why he wasn't let in....slippery floor....wax.....all kind of things could happen πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜‰
  12. Congratulations πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘
  13. Awesome πŸ‘Œ happy birthday πŸŽ‚ best gift ever! And good luck!! Keep us posted how it goes!
  14. Just file I-751 the day your 90 day window opens- you'll get the NOA / extension within a couple of weeks and are safe.
  15. I did add joint credit card account statement, proof of adding my wife to benefits ( life insurance, vision, FSA) in addition to the stuff they got already for the I-751.
  16. Just curious: you're on a f1/ student visa, right? Are you considering to stay in the US?
  17. Yeah you're right- if there would be a guarantee that it works, I would submit again, too....I submitted last year in may😀
  18. It's fine if you're listed as having permission. You said, no joint bank accounts- just highlight on the bankstatement the utilities- coming either from your or your partners acc.they should show same adress so that's good proof, too.
  19. I got one a while ago, too - also California. Go on the webpage that's on the notice- and give answer the question about being a citizen with NO and therefore not eligible. They use dmv data, they don't know about your citizenship.
  20. Absolutely....lots of trees fall for uscis applications- but it is what it is
