  1. How exactly do you request that file? Might want to do that, too
  2. What about paying us back for all the printer ink? Spend a fortune on that🤪😉
  3. It might be about sending you the NOA by mail.
  4. https://www.dmv.ca.gov/portal/driver-licenses-identification-cards/assembly-bill-ab-60-driver-licenses/ read this about driver's license in CA- that's how I got mine.Once you get your greencard, just go to dmv and update😉

  7. You're fortunate to be able to travel that much, that's great for both: your relationship AND for evidence!! All the best for your journey, strong nerves and patience- and never be reluctant to ask here for help: it is a great community with lots of knowledgeable people!👍

  10. Yes, better all of them- even if they won't look at it.Better to much , than 1 missing item😉
  11. Sorry, just wanted to wish her luck for the interview in her/ my native language.
  12. That's exactly your situation, as I see it- be honest to the officer about when he moved out and that you can't file for divorce now, plus that this is not your goal but rather want to work it out. Your attorney might pitch in there, too. To me , your evidence looks sufficient 👍 Viel Glück fürs Interview!😉
  13. Good luck and congratulations 👍🥳🥳🥳
  14. Ok....no timeline, so it was a bit confusing...at least. But again, the fact that you are a naturalized citizen, unfortunately has no impact on the 10 year ban that happened because he overstayed his visa🤷‍♀️ those are the rules and they get enforced. Sorry for the situation, it's really unfortunate 😕
  15. Updating your timeline would clarify things- your previous posts only mentioned you're a LPR🤷‍♀️but anyways, even as a citizen, you won't be able to shorten the ban for your dad who overstayed and due to that got a 10 year ban, unfortunately.
  16. You are far away from being a citizen- you are a lawful permanent resident/ greencard holder
  17. Maybe that's why he wasn't let in....slippery floor....wax.....all kind of things could happen 🤣🤣😉
  18. Yes, you'll get a 48 month extension.
  19. Congratulations 🥳🥳🥳😃👍
  20. Awesome 👌 happy birthday 🎂 best gift ever! And good luck!! Keep us posted how it goes!
  21. Just file I-751 the day your 90 day window opens- you'll get the NOA / extension within a couple of weeks and are safe.
  22. Thanks! Same for you!👍😃😊
  23. I did add joint credit card account statement, proof of adding my wife to benefits ( life insurance, vision, FSA) in addition to the stuff they got already for the I-751.
  24. Just curious: you're on a f1/ student visa, right? Are you considering to stay in the US?
