    I just received an email from USCIS to submit evidence for my expedite request. My wife has lot her job due to serious illness and i just got a job offer letter. How do I present this evidences to uscis so they can consider me? Thanks for your suggestions

    I came in to the U.S has a student and I became out of status last year. I'm married now and my wife was thinking of submitting the 1-130. The only issue is that she is a green card holder and just became eligible for her citizenship. Can I submit my application now or wait till her N-400 is approved?
