  1. A miracle has happened, hard to believe. 22 months of USICS processing with 2 RFE's, and DOS approval in 2.5 months. Looks like things have started changing. Thank you everybody in this forum for all your help, hope this misery ends as soon as possible for all of us.
  2. my case was with USCIS for 22 months with two RFE's. now it is forwarded to DOS. hope this is some good news, it seems like the processing time has shortened to 3-6 months at DOS, I feel like it was much longer before
  3. Sorry I wasn't around for a while. I got a RFE and got denied shortly after. It was Vermont. The attorney was also shocked because my case was strong. I added more letters and refiling this week. Hope it will work this time.
  4. My O1 got denied last month. I am re-filing it now.
  5. Hello guys, I have a question regarding the timeline. My lawyer submitted all the documents at the same time to both USCIS and DOS. USCIS sent receipt notice in October 2022, but DOS says they got their stuff in Feb 2023. It's still pending in USCIS so obviously there is no I-612 yet. My question is, I see that DOS shows in all cases as if they have received the I-612 like at the same day, or a few days later, maybe a few months. Is this what they always do? Like if my case hopefully gets forwarded to DOS in the next few months, will it be listed around the same date when they got my other stuff? I'm confused . Thank you all!
