Thanks, I've read the Guide but thought it was a good idea to ask prior to mailing today.

Getting ready to submit my I-485 submission and didn't notice any thing pertaining to the Bio metrics (G-325A) and I went through this process back in 2007 and remember a page giving Social Security permission to share info signed by me. Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this topic.

My K1 Fiance (Jinny from Thailand) arrived on Jan 22nd 2024. We were married on Feb 14th 2024 (Valentines Day) We are now on the adjustment of status journey and are confused as to what forms need to be filed. We've been under the impression that we need to file the I-130 and I-130a and I-131 to adjust status to Green card. Now I'm seeing conflicting data concerning this. I've been questioning Why are we filling out the I-130 as it pertains to relatives and there are no relatives involved. Have more questions but this will start me in the correct direction.
