Filing I-130 while living abroad?

Hi, I'm trying to fill out the I-130, but there are some questions I'm not sure how to answer. I haven't been living in the U.S. since 2021, so for example, I don't necessarily know what to put for the address of where my husband and I would live. I could put down my parent's/family house, but I'm not sure if there would be repercussions because that's not where we would be living. Also, I don't have an income because I'm not currently living in the U.S., I guess I will just have to apply with a cosigner, but it would be nice if there was a better way around it. Has anyone had experience trying to file while living abroad? Thanks so much for any advice!!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any information on DCF? I’m not sure I’m understanding the process of how it works, the first step is to reach out to a US consulate near you and explain your circumstances/if it’s possible to file the I-130 through them? Is that correct? And what steps would follow? Thanks so much!
