No we had to jump through hoops to get a faint copy of the form from the hospital in Egypt, so far no RFE for that, just proof of marital life together

You will call the hospital to book your medical, but they will ask for your packet 4 email for proof, at least that’s what they did with us and He used the Anglo hospital.. JUST BE SURE AND ASK FOR THE COPY OF DS-3025.. you will need it for AOS in the US..
