    Thank you for the answers. I appreciate all the contributions. I mentioned them in my i-485 but not in the VAWA application. I guess I will need to submit I-864W and i-485.

    @Sandra G. Hi Family! I received my LPR through VAWA, and I'm now looking to file for my children (15 and 13 years old), who are here with me in the US. I didn't include them in my initial VAWA application, and I don't know if I should file an I-130 and I-485 or something else. I also need to know what documents to submit with my application. I would appreciate your guidance on this.

    My children are here in the US with me and they are aged 13 and 15. I did not include them in my VAWA application nor I-485.

    @Sandra G. @Stillwinning!!!😊 Hello Family, Has anyone done a divorce using an online divorce? I need guidance on how to do my divorce. I am no longer living in the same state as my abuser, and I got my green card last year through VAWA. I would appreciate any help from the group. I also need guidance on how to apply for a green card for my children. My green card was through VAWA. Do I need to fill out forms I-130 and I-485 for them? Where do I send their application?
