Marriage certificate in hand in morocco. I have done the impossible and now its time to file i130. What documents would I need from my wife side so when I return home I can start the application. I made an account on USCIS and just now starting to fill out the i130 hopefully everything goes smooth:) mods please dont move my post to another forum i need someone to answer this so that i can start the next chapter of my life

Can I file CR1 without a marriage

I have visited her 2 times and would like to know if i can at least start the CR1 application and then go back in 2-3 months to get married. Is this an option or does the application ask for a copy of the marriage certificate? Mucho thanks

Hello, I will be getting married in december and am preparing all documents i need once I am there. Regarding police records, I called my local police department they can give me my records buts only LOCAL CITY. I have lived in this city for over 10 years but have also lived in another city prior to that. Should that be enough? Also just to be sure I called the PD and asked for my police records is that what i need or should i ask for a background check????
