    Hi everyone. I arrived United States on May 5th 2023 (3 weeks) with IR1 visa but till now I haven't received my SSN, please is this normal or a problem? Please I need urgent help to know what to do next. Thanks.

    I think NVC will need your dad marriage certificate because my wife file for her mom and NVC requested for her dad dead certificate to DQ her mom, with this if her dad is alive NVC will request her mom to submit marriage certificate.

    First submission August 25th RFE October 21st DQ today good luck to everyone.

    I face the same thing, I have RFE Oct 21st so I waiting for DQ this week.
