    She just sent the letter saying that she wanted to withdraw the I130, didn't mention any reason. Then I received the letter of denial for I485.

    Those questions are for your son. And his parents are you and your ex. So the answer will be based on you with your ex, not your current spouse.

    The 5 year online application did not list tax documents in the required evidence. But my friend still uploaded 5 years tax docs in additional evidence. It will be also the proof for all the jobs last 5 years.

    Hello fam, asking for a friend, if anyone in this situation already, please advise. She had citizenship, the kids had green cards, and she applied N600 for them a week ago. They are 10 and 14 years old. They now want to travel outside the US, so they need to apply for the passports. The question is if she applies passport for the kids, their greencards will be taken at USPS. And if the kids must go for N600 biometric, they will not have greencards for the biometric. Is there any optional document the kids can use for biometric instead of greencards? Thanks so much for your advice.

    I used the same as tiny one on my cert to avoid any issue can cause later.

    Congrats!!!! Did he tell you what documents he was asked for related to I-751? I try to get 2022 tax transcript on IRS website, but it was not there yet. Wonder if tax paper is allowed. Thanks so much.

    I thought that only me day by day reading the updates on interview schedule for N-400, even October filers; and month by month logging in my account to see the month of waiting is decreased by 1. Lol

    Is the spouse mentioned in the letter? I thought the spouse just could get through the security check if be mentioned in the letter.

    Are both passport and the cert. of Naturalization required, or just one of them? I did not get the interviewing date yet, but my spouse had a business traveling plan which needed the passport next couple months. If the traveling will also be on the interview date, can I just bring the cert. of Naturalization of my spouse, or I must bring both? I had 10-yr greencard already, and applied under 3-yr rule. So I assumed only me will go to the interview. Thanks so much for your advice.

    Just notice that you had same FO with me. But I had green card already and applied under 3 yr-rule. Another one I knew had interview notice within 6 months with pending I-751. Hope you'd get it soon.

    I would click Document tab to see if there is any letter of scheduled interview there. If Yes, just go to the interview on the date mentioned in the letter. Good luck!!!

    Hello everyone, I asked this for my friend. He married to USC 4 years ago, applied for AOS more than 3 years ago. The case was still pending. His wife was cheating on him and had pregnancy with her ex-boyfriend while he was out of state for work. Now they are preparing for divorce, and she applied to withdraw his cases already. He did not get any physical abuse at all. Will he meet the requirement for filing WAVA in his situation? He asked some attorneys already. Some said could, some said could not file for WAVA. That made him confused. Any suggestion will be really appreciated.
