I did not list my then fiancée son in her I-864 form. So now he needs his own I-864. In the form, part 2, 1a. His mother name(now my wife). Part 3. 1. No box checked and 3. Box checked correct? Then his name in 4a. Is this how I should fill it out? Son in 16yrs old and is immigrating more than six months after the principal immigrant(his mother).

FYI. my 16 yrs old K2 is traveling alone next month. They went to his local dswd office and was informed that minor travel requirements for him is not needed. I was worried sick about this issue a few months ago because I could not find a post regarding minor traveling alone. My then fiancee now my wife AOS went smooth and it is within the timeframe. She got her green card without us going to an interview process. Thanks to all the information I got from here.

My then fiancée, is now my wife, her 15 yrs old son is following to join as a K2 visa. We are now starting to process his paperwork. He will be traveling alone out of the country the first time. I was told that he’s going to need a travel clearance from dswd office. He will be turning 16 yrs old in May. His estimated departure date is on June. Can anyone confirm this?

So I turned in my AOS package a few months ago. My local uscis office has ask me for additional evidence to process my form i-485. I understand all the required evidence including pictures of wedding and other events. My question is, is it acceptable to turn in photo albums in black in white? I am choosing to mail my evidence to them instead of downloading to my uscis account. I just dont have a color printer at home and it is more expensive than black and white.

finally received hard copy of wife noa for i-485 and i-765. any one know the waiting period for i-765? -
so this is what happened. when we scheduled my niece for her visa interview in ustraveldocs, we accidentally chose ir2 as her visa category. then she went to her medical at st lukes and was grateful that the staff there caught our mistake. she suggested to use f1 visa instead. so we logged back in in her ustraveldocs account and trying to change her visa category but no success. here was the fixed. we cancel her visa interview appointment. after it was cancelled, we scheduled a new appointment for her. this gave us option to choose the proper visa category. so now she has the correct visa category. she just lost her previous visa appointment. we found out that its ok to cancel a visa interview appointment as long as its more 48 hrs prior to the interview day.

she does have an approved petition. while we filling out her info in ustraveldocs, we accidentally choose ir2 instead of f1. how do we want to change it to f1 visa category.

hello, my niece visa category is ir2 on her ustraveldocs visa information. how do we change from ir2 to f1? thanks. Her visa interview is coming up on Nov 22. she is below 18yrs old.

Yes! I have included G-1145 form, I made sure it is located on the top of all the forms. And sent the package to chicago lockbox for WA State residence. my wife has ssn prior to submitting forms but needs the i-765 approval so she can work. -

My aos package was received by uscis on Oct 27th. As of today there is no word from them. No email or noa letter. Should I do anything or kept on waiting?
