  1. Nah! Don’t think that way. If I were you, check the tracker app every day like I do. Good luck!
  2. I know its not fair huh! sometimes I told myself not to look because I dont want to get disappointed but sometimes I want to look.... Oh no. some filers who already got approved is complaining about the travel time from uscis to nvc. they said its taking longer than normal. its not good...
  3. Now we are talking!!! thank you, thank you!!!! there are already 10 approvals in 67000 range and Im not one of them? OUCH!!! This thing is double edge sword....
  4. Ride on!!! first week of march are being approved courtesy from whatsapp group. I Wish somebody run a bar graph for march...
  5. Those are the last 20%? uscis are spot on in their 16.5 huh! What is the consensus about who has affected by this 16.5. which month is the last month again?
  6. I’m divorced myself. 52yrs old. She’s 39 with a 15yr old. I applied last week of march. I used to think being a federal government employee would expedite my case. I was wrong again. I turned in my original divorced paper as well. I heard they don’t want a copy
  7. I agree making inquiries does not speed up the process but at least you make yourself be acknowledged to them that you are still waiting. And on July, it would be 18 months wait. Whatever happened to 16.5 months they promised us in their web. You must be one of the 20% filers. Is your credentials is a complex one? I have an impression having a baggage would delay the process. But I may be wrong. VJ should make a correction regarding your estimated timeline.
  8. They already have bypassed you. They’re at 80% for January, almost 50% for February and have started for march. I don’t know what you can do at this point. I may be in the same boat as you in the couple months. I would like to find out though about what we can do if we fall into the last 20%.
  9. If all of us put our brains together, we can decipher Uscis processing procedures.
  10. You are correct. It’s not good being a negative person. Not after waiting for a year…..
  11. Yeah from what I observed it can go both ways. But more than 50% of the time they neglecting the last week of the month and dive in to the following month. I remember rushing to have it send to them so I can be in march filer. Now I regret doing that.
  12. Well they asked him for the entire 129f forms which is 12 pages I think. OP deserves an expedite and some. I’m glad I made copies for myself.
  13. Did you check out the metrics in lawfully web? I like the break down part but the total is way off.
  14. About this forward looking metrics you guys working on, any status?
  15. Good enough! I’m glad we have someone like you who put lots of time and effort on their processes. I worked at a production business before, it’s not same but similar goal, we have this thing called quotas. Once we reached that, we can slack off the remaining time. I myself came up with a conclusion that the more complex the case is, it is more likely will end up in the back burner.
  16. so you what you are saying is, once they processed 80% for a particular month, they move on to the following month.? and leaving all those unfortunate 20%? what would happened to them. are they still going to get process? is so when? apologize for to many Qś. it seem you have an inside knowledge on how they work. I starting to get an impression that you know somebody from the inside, which is good for us.
  17. Its true, uscis people must have the minimum requirements to get hired for the job, but they have different skill mind set, like you mentioned, I get that. I need to cut down my expectation and not pay attention their advertised 6-9 processing flow chart anymore. I guess were gonna have to live with that...
  18. I´d like to know how in the world uscis processed k1. like for the fiscal year 2023, 1st quarter,(oct,nov,dec2022). why cant they finish it all up before going into 2nd quarter of 2023? Most of Jan, Feb and some March 2022 filers are being process before them. Some of the 1st Q 2023 filers are waiting for at least 16.5 months now. On the other hand, 2nd Q 2023 some very lucky filers are only waited 14 months to get processed. This is backpedaling in my book...Can someone make an assumption on why they do this?
  19. You checked it on your own. No notification from them. This is not good. Im in the last week of march. It’s hard to predict because it’s random process.
  20. I’m watching this website too. I noticed there is no February and march.
