    Okay? The embassy. How long does it usually take?

    Yes. I've sent all relevant documents to the embassy regarding the embassy change. The said I should directly submit my transfer request to the NVC, which I did and they changed our case number to the U.S. embassy in Seoul. Our case is now processing electronically. I just wanted to know how long it will take for us to receive our welcome letter.

    Hi everyone, I have a question. How long does it typically take to receive the welcome letter? We received our case number on July 25th through public inquiry. We don't have our invoice number. Our current CEAC status shows 'At NVC'.

    How long does it take for NVC to enter your data into their system? NVC received our petition on June 24th 2023, but we still don't have our case number. Just want to know if this is normal.
