  1. Yep, no retrogression at all. Hopefully it comes in soon! Thanks for answering!
  2. Clearly it didn't retrogress or become unavailable. Is it safe to assume an IL is coming then?
  3. Good morning folks. Quick question. My case (EB3 EW, Nov 2020 PD) has been approved since June 2022, just when the retrogression hit. We've been waiting for it to get back on track since then, and on the last visa bulletin it finally happened. This morning I received an email telling me I am documentarily Complete, and specifically have been since June 16th 2022. My question is, is it possible that my case will be scheduled soon? Or at least sooner than other EB2 cases? I've read in the Brazil thread that cases have been taking 6-9 months to be scheduled, but since mine has been DQd since 2022... Thanks in advance for any answers! I assume this is probably something that's impossible to know, but just in case.
  4. That's VERY pessimistic. 10 years? Come on. The new fiscal year is about to hit, and it's definitely going to bring good news - if not CURRENT, at least close to it. You're bringing the poor guy down for no reason. The expected wait time is so high because of the retrogression, but that has no bearing on reality to be honest, since it gets pretty much reset every fiscal year. 3 years is much more realistic than 5, let alone 10!
  5. So the point is, if you file today, you're screwed either way?
  6. I'm waiting, but my visa is EB-3 Unskilled and my PD (November 6th 2020) is not current 😕
  7. Awesome news buddy! Congratulations, good luck, and 2023 will indeed be great!
  8. If your visa is linked to a job offer (AKA not EB2-NIW), the company has to pay a hefty fee to drop the process, so I highly doubt they would just kick you to the curb.
