Yes, I sent everything together. On website it still says they are reviewing but the notice still says I am approved for employment. For green card there are no additional documents.

Update on my case! congrats on those who got green card already! i just checked USCIS website under documents section and there it was! Employment Authorization approval! The date of approval is 12.21.23. Perfect Christmas gift. Now just left is Green card 🥰 Submitted my application on 10.05.23, biometrics on 11.01.23.

I had my biometrics on 11/01 after that all it shows is - "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" . I had the same for EAD, at first it said 2 weeks and when 2 weeks passed I now have the same message without new progress estimate. For AOS it shows 5 months. Who knows how long it will take. As far I see here California cases are quick with EAD... I do hope for early Christmas gift like EAD card in hand or combo, that would be amazing

Today got my biometrics, 11/1. Quite straight forward, needed to show appointment conformation letter, filled form, ID and marriage license (to show why I have surname change). Took photo and fingerprints. Case changed to - Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS. Biometrics in Jacksonville.

I have my biometrics appointment on 11/1, quite quick and so far no problems with submitted documents.

Hello all! Sent out packet 10.02.23 USCIS received 10.05 NOA1 in mail 10.16 Tracking case it shows they sent Biometric appointment letter on 10.13 seems so far quick and efficient 😊

My fiancé (applicant) got the "Welcome letter" from NVC, basically stating all the details that my case is going from NVC to assigned embassy. Nothing about instructions. Using the NVC case number I was tracking when the case was "ready". Case was "ready" on Friday, I gave embassy a time to get familiar with my case and today i got inpatient and email directly to them asking if I will get any directions of next steps, like "welcome letter" for beneficiary. They got back to me litterly 1h after I sent them email with all the steps I need to take to make appointment and required documents. It really depends on each embassy and location. So maybe email them directly?

Happy news! I requested to change embassy from Stockholm to Riga, they approved it today and I got my new case number , and my case is in transit! As well my fiancé got an email that they have sent out from NVC to my chosen embassy 😍

What do you need to do to change embassies ASAP?

I made public form inquiry about my case on 27th of June and got replay on 3rd of July with answer of - Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems. Just to make sure I sent email to NVC Research on 30th of June and got replay on 3rd of July as well with answer of - Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems. So gotta trust it, right? 😄

We got as well ours as well! Our NOA2 is 15th May. Fingers crossed for everyone!!
