In DR, there are 2 clinics that are credentialed to actually do the exam. Go to either one of them, one will do vaccines that you don't yet have and the other will put every vaccine no matter what. You will need $600 CASH (30,000DOP) and they'll give you everything you need there. Make sure to go about 3 weeks before your appointment. Many people have delayed processing because their results don't get there before their interview date. Best of luck! This is the one that does the vaccines no matter what, we didn't want to risk the other one.

I would say, get an official, detailed letter from your doctor indicating the circumstances, get lab results and other medical data and send it to the embassy email NVCExpedite@state.gov -- I imagine you did all of this already? Can you reach out to your congressman again?
