Yes. Also the last case updated date being displayed as 09 Feb 2023 (the date Dr.Lyndon office sent results to Consulate). Whats the status with your case? Any movements?

Sorry to hear. Since you see email going out to doctors office from Consulate regarding your case, Hope it gets resolved by mid next week and you can make it for 2/24.

They talked about submitting your results via email is an option. Did they do that?

Got email just half hr ago from Dr.Lyndon office stating my result has been electronically submitted with DOS and also they attached the results in the email sent out to DoS. I didn't quite expect this soon. What's the status of yours?

Sure, This is his bellnet.ca : doctorlyndon@bellnet.ca My worry was, I kind of flared up today with Lilly when things were not organized and someone talked to us not Dr.Lyndon. Not sure she is the one who uploads documents in US portal or someone in Dr.Lyndon office. Hope they should not screw up anything based on the conversation I had. Really frustrating when you happen to work with people not professional and organized.

True. Atleast if he upload the results in the portal on time that would be help. Lets see. So what's your plan? Do you communicate with Dr.Lyndon using his bellnet.ca email or lmas.ca?

@farzady any updates from Dr.Lyndon or from Consulate. We completed my medical today with Dr.Lyndon office but Dr.Lyndon didn't show up but rather someone showed up and verified the documents (not Dr David as well) and he stated that all looks fine. I am not really sure whats the process they follow. Later when we were in the airport got call from X-ray office asking need to re-take x-ray for my wife as they want to take few more images(they could have done this when we were there). Have to wait and see how things turns out in the next one week. Overall terrible experience with Dr.Lyndon office plus X-ray plus lifelab (Lifelab said no appt for my wife today then later apologized citing system glitch which was apparently not the case).

I believe they accept manual submission as per their website. I would advocate to send email to Montreal consulate and get confirmation and carry that email copy with you for interview. Guess you were exchanging some emails with Montreal consulate in this regard based on your earlier post and they responded to your query as well. You can use the same thread and take the photocopy of complete email msgs with you to avoid any issues at the time of interview. Dr.Lyndon is okay with it?

@farzady Was he (Dr.Lyndon) able to upload your medical results in the US portal successfully? Or Not resolved yet and you were planning to collect the sealed envelope in-person?

Looks to me all weird things happening to you & me. Seems we have to be on our toes until we get GC. So what's the next step? Are you planning to collect the results in a sealed envelope from Dr. Lyndon office and carry them with you for interview on the safer side? I presume you are local to Toronto so could be a viable option. Do you have separate email provided by Dr.Lyndon for communication purposes or using the one used for scheduling? When did you get the confirmation email from Dr.Lyndon office? 5 business days from your medical exam? Let me know if I can be of any help since my medical exam is scheduled on 7th Feb. They don't disclose anything about your case with me due to privacy stuff but if you could think of anything I can be of help (like to enquire something ).

@mm_101 Sorry to hear that. Since you have been waiting for close to 18 months now, My platform is to stick with CP option instead of staring all over with USICS. I was hoping the dates will move fast for EB in the coming months with Montreal consulate. Good Luck!

7th Feb. Did you get update/confirmation from them? I was told by Lilly being a panel physician with US Consulate, they have to send out a confirmation to applicant once the result has been uploaded in US consulate portal. Not sure this is something they do for all applicants or more of a marketing thing.

I extended two of my TNs while my case with NVC and had absolutely no issues. I would advocate you to go to pre-clearance office at the airport for TN extension rather than going to the border. With Border folks, first and foremost, they are very rude (most of them not all) and they do not know much abt TN process/documents needed. I figured this out when I took my wife to the border for her TD extension at North Dakota/Saskatchewan border. When it comes to access to your immigration intent/process, based on my experience, I can affirm that they do not have access to your immigration process(both at the airport as well as at the border). Unless you go to Consulate for your TN renewal (which is not the case with Canadian Citizen), You don't have worry about it. I do not know where the attorneys get that perspective but to my knowledge thats not true. There maybe exceptions but we can't take exceptions as examples. Thanks

Thanks! I booked my medical exam with Dr.Lyndon. I reached out to other two offices in Ontario (Vaughan and Scarborough offices) but Dr. Lyndon's office response was relatively better than other two so decided to do my medical with Dr.Lyndon. With Montreal Medisys, the immigration doctor's are not available until 28th Feb hence I left with only Dr. Lyndon option now. I am working with Admin Lilly for my scheduling and so far looks okay but as you stated earlier, once I make payment not sure how their response would be.
