  1. There’s no way to figure it out, but I would recommend you file the K3 (I-129F). It’s free to file as long as you provide the NOA1 notice of your I-130, and it could help you get approved faster, and if not, it at least gets sent to the service center your I-130 is in. That way you’ll know which service center you’re in for sure. Good luck!
  2. You say “live agent” at the beginning of the work day and they connect you to a real person. After that you ask them “What service center is processing our I-130?”. Finally, they ask you the receipt number and some questions to verify that you’re not some rando. There is no easier way to check. I hate using Ask Emma too.
  3. If you were married to your spouse for 2 years at the time of entry to the US, then you were indeed issued a 10-year card correctly and you don't have to remove conditions. However, if not, sometimes, a 10-year card is issued by mistake. In this case it is your responsibility to inform USCIS and to remove conditions.
  4. Irrelevant. Don’t stress about it. You’ll be asked to fill your address history at the NVC stage.
  5. That’s wonderful news! Hope to receive our IL by end of this month.
  6. You have to file it now, or it won’t make a difference later down the line. It’s free! It helped us get the NOA2 in 5 months from Vermont SC, and I KNOW it was the K3 because AR2 only came 3 weeks after AR1. And indeed, our I-129F was received 3 weeks after our I-130.
  7. Hopefully won’t get an RFE for the date, as a friend of mine (DQ a few days ago) did that too with the date and they accepted it. However, you might get the I-864EZ review if they deem it not suitable in your case (which they often do for some reason, even when it IS appropriate).
  8. Nothing to do with the translation or apostille. Focus on the authority that issued both certificates in the link given to you by the user above.
  9. Unfortunately no. Only US Embassy Manila used to post such things on their official website. You’ll have to keep watching the Facebook and WhatsApp groups of people waiting for their interview in your country.
  10. We have not, but expecting it at the end of this month because DQ November 2022 is next. US Embassy Amman.
  11. That’s immigration fraud. Other than that, AOS has been taking longer than consular processing in Canada. You also won’t be able to work, and in some states won’t be able to drive, for a really long time. Consider that.
  12. Could present it at the interview, receive the 221g for not having it uploaded, and later upload it to CEAC. A small delay but worth it because here you get to choose.
  13. Same proof, but there’s less focus on living together and combined finances if it’s a long distance marriage. So if you don’t have a joint lease or joint bank account, it’s understandable and not scrutinized.
  14. It’s an automatic message sent out whenever your most recent tax document shows income below the 125% guidelines. We got the same message too and we got DQ’d based on current income. The CO will make the final decision. I would say ignore it and focus on the birth certificate now.
  15. Should’ve submitted under “proof of current employment” with explanation that it’s foreign income for the bots at NVC to get it. Anyway, it’s incidental really. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don’t. If it’s the only thing keeping you from DQ, and you respond to the RFE by uploading these documents, then unfortunately more often than not you do have to go to the back of the queue. The good news is it’s only a 30 something day wait now.
  16. It would help if you explained what you mean by her receipt number and DOB “not working”.
  17. They are not going to, not until April 15. In fact, because they operate on autopilot, they may reject anything 2022 before April 15.
