    and by sept 2022 i had a complete case close since no apeal was done.

    the judge just cancel my court witthout any furrther court.

    my lawyer send the receipt for form i-360 to the court so the judge can Terminated my removal proceedings. he send it on jun 2022 and by aug 2022 i had the case close. ( i believed he send more info besides the receipt like the complete vawa file) my vawa is not aproved yet)

    When i first consult with my lawyer he said cheating its not under vawa qualifications only if that was the reason for the abuse but we have to prove with evidence . But not a single text show cheating.

    You are right! On TIKTOK all i see is lawyers stating that even if you spouse cheated you can get vawa without any abuse . They are sending applications without any evidence and thats how vawa gets us wait 3 years.

    I send a request with my congressman and they said it still under review.

    I apply on july 2021 , 4 prima F and a work permit base on i485. I think we are next for an approval 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    You must look for a lawyer that knows what to do and do the right job.

    Every case is different, hire a good lawyer. In this forum we dont always have the right answer.

    If he knows about VW and he did not abuse you in any way , i believe is better to drop out your application before uscis finds out and send you to court for fraud. If he did abuse you and you have an strong case keep all records and keep going with the case.

    Yes! you need to get a lawyer because at this point you vawa can be denied. Uscis can search for every evidence.
