    My lawyer is been an angel to my case and life, he is doing so much in my case and motivated me to go to school and apply for financial aid with a prima facie. Its good to hace a lawyer you can trust

    I file in july 2021 and i haven't been approved, what about you, when did you file? my court terminated las year on sep 2022 just waiting for my aproval 360 i have a work permit c9 base on i485

    Im almost 16 years without seen my mom and sisters. they know i love them but i have my to daughters that still needs me. I hope we get the aproval soon

    No RFE. I file for work permit with my 360 and 485 i recived my c09 on december 2022 no i wont go outside the contry so i didnt request the advance parole. i had a DWI 7 years ago and that was the reason why inmigration put me on court so my lawyer told me not to travel outside just in case they wont let me it, i dont want to risk it.

    You can wait till your vawa is aproved then file to terminate the court. is good that your court is administrative close. Thats a good step.

    Is your court abou asylum or 42 B cancelation of removal? mine was 42 B cancelation of removal, so my lawyer said it was better to terminated the court due to vawa being a strong case. We send the files to the court . The judge can eighter terminated the court or administrative the case (sorry my english is not my first language)

    I did too , both in july 2021 and got my new work permit on dec 2022, c09 after my court was terminated

    if your vawa is going to work out good ,close it because at the time of filing the i485 you will have to wait months or years for your judge to close the case. The you will recived the GC when did you file vawa?

    Yes it's posible, my lawyer also request the termination of my court case with a prima facie last year.

    I have in my record a DWI(dui) from 2015. you will have to had a 3 year good moral caracter o file i-601(You can use Form I-601 to apply for a waiver if you have been found to be ineligible to enter the United States as an immigrant or to adjust status in the United States (and certain other visa categories) for specific grounds of inadmissibility.)
