Hi, we are trying to get my spouse ( beneficiary) Acro police certificate online but encountered a postion when asked to provide criminal history. My spouse had a DUI over 10 yrs ago and couldnt remember the exact dates of result/outcome. We cant find his paper file anymore and have asked local police/court to obtain this detail but was told they cannot release or have this informations and was redirected to do subject access report.
Now our question is has anybody been in same situation and have requested acro police certificate with an estimate dates of previous criminal conviction portion? We are pretty sure acro would see this during their process anyway.
