    No shortcuts. Every possible route aside from crossing Bidens wide open border (don’t recommend), will likely take 2 years or longer start to finish.

    Deferred or not, being honest is the best route. even if it doesn’t show up on record, immigration can likely see more than we all know.

    All offenses including ones that happened as a minor need to be reported. If there is no record, explain the charge and the approximate date.

    Not a fun process. I can’t comment on what to do. But I understand how hard this is and the emotional struggle of being away from your loved one. 9 months in, I have days I become severely depressed. I’m sure somebody can answer your question

    Hey fellow April filers. Feeling a little down about this long wait right now. Exhausted and drained finding vacation time and buying plane tickets. It's hard being apart.

    8 months in man, you’re in the same boat as the rest of us. I filed a month before yours and I understand the wait is painful to say the least. I suggest wait and surround yourself with supportive friends and family. You’re half way there.

    After k1 approval, after getting married, can I add the beneficiary and her son to my health insurance plan? Or do I need to wait the several months for all the other paperwork so she can work, get a SS etc. I'm just curious, we want to start a family soon after arrival. But Ill wait if I can't insure them immediately.
