    I’m not a CO but most likely she won’t get it. no strong ties,mid 30s with no job,being Philippino,has an interest to come to USA to be with you.. she asked you for support even before you meet! Are you going to pay for the visa? It’s 160$ plus you will have to pay for the ticket and fund her trip to USA.

    you won’t get an approval in 2 months. Marriage in Turkey took a week exactly for us (US/NON US couple). Your fiancée has to fill the affidavit of eligibility to marry form and have it notarized by the US embassy which she will need to make an appointment, slots fill out quick so make sure she has an appointment before she flies to Turkey. You can’t get married without this document.

    i wish I was that lucky 😅I didn’t word that right sorry English isn’t my first language.sorry about the confusion. i resubmitted on December 6th and got DQ on January 7th.

    The visa officer did ask me this: “why you don’t have citizenship yet you been married for so long” (9 years) I said I already applied for an immigrant visa and we are working on it and she just said ok approved. .

    I was approved with a pending IR1 No strong ties whatsoever. Just apply..the worst they will say is “denied”.

    Then probably your case is complete and will be sent to consulate but it’s up to them to decide if you a joint sponsor is needed.

    Can I apply for I-131 as soon as I arrive to USA with my IR1 visa? Like next day? Is there a time restrict on when I can apply.. Any idea about how long it takes to get an appointment for biometrics?

    Absurd. to me its misrepresentation if I check white based on this list. But till they add more groups I’ll choose other if available.

In my whole life I just knew I was arab and definitely treated as such around airports in Europe,Asia and even in the Caribbean 😅 I hope they would add MENA (Middle eastern northern African) as the link above states because it would describe me and how I identify perfectly. i did DNA testing and those were my results
