    I 130 produces an IR5, they are not choices.

    Any chance you are able to confirm that they have cashed your money order with your service provider? I would call USCIS hotline to ask them to locate your application.   
     
    Worst case scenario, if they haven't cashed your money and your application is lost in transit, you can still re-submit a new one. I would also keep records of what, when and where I have sent my documents.  So I could follow up with specific submission/delivery details with the USCIS as well as the carrier provider.

    If you sent form G-1145 with the package, you will receive a text/email when they have accepted the case, this is usually a couple of weeks faster than getting the letter in the mailbox. If you didn't send this form you will have to wait for the snail mail to know if you petition was accepted.
     
    For snail mail you need to give them 30 days before you start inquiring. Within those 30 days you very likely have either received the acceptance letter OR the package back in your mailbox.
