I was wondering which is better and quicker to file to bring my mum here from Nigeria where she currently resides: IR 5 or I-130? Anyone with knowledge on timelines for Nigeria? I looked on this website and I am confused if the timelines are to the US service centers or the foreign consulates would affect the timeline. I am expecting a baby in November and my mum recently got denied a visitor's visa and just need the best route to get her here quickly. It might not happen for the delivery I know, but I am looking for the fastest time she can get here to support me. Thanks!
