Thank you so much I sent the I-485 in they got it on the 30th of May but sent it back and told me that I had to pay the extra amount so looks like I’m going to be paying the $260 and also the 630 for the I-131 because his father is very old and won’t leave the house so we may need to make a trip over there but thank you so much for all this information -
So I can’t apply for a EAD either we just wait for his approval of his AOS

Can anyone tell me what I need to do now that I filed my husbands I-485 which I still have not heard back from them and it’s been 23 days

It only took him maybe 20 minutes for the questions what’s long is standing in the line to get threw to that part and that was less then and hour so 2 hours was a good time frame

i thought he had to marry and then file papers for adjusment of status then he could get ssn ugh why does this have to be such a pain

How long after interview did you get your passport and do they send you and email letting you know they have sent it my fiancee just did his interview on the third they gave him his packet and said he could have it in three days but not sure if he understood correctly

Got email said they are sending it to consulate in Naples Italy now that has been sent is there papers I need to file now we are not married this is for his k-1 visa

Got letter from united states saying his application has been approved and they sent his potion to NVC how long until you hear from them we got his letter in April 2023

so i got my NVC april 21,2023 but still nothing yet from them on when his appointment maybe is this how long it takes

So when doing I-134 do I just count me when looking at the poverty chart or do I add him to see if I make enough money
