I’m so sorry. Yes he came over with his k1 then he got his work permit and now we’re going to his adjustment of status for residence on the 30th in Jacksonville, Florida. Just trying to be prepared wanting to know what I should take any extra stuff that I should take any pictures stuff like that what questions they may ask, not that he would have any issues answering them. We’ve been together for over five years, October will be married for two years. -
Can anyone tell me what I should take with me and my husband? He has his permanent residence interview on 30 May has been one year to the day. We finally got a notification today wanting to know what the interview may be like anything extra than I should take with me all the help would be truly appreciated

Thank you so much I sent the I-485 in they got it on the 30th of May but sent it back and told me that I had to pay the extra amount so looks like I’m going to be paying the $260 and also the 630 for the I-131 because his father is very old and won’t leave the house so we may need to make a trip over there but thank you so much for all this information

It only took him maybe 20 minutes for the questions what’s long is standing in the line to get threw to that part and that was less then and hour so 2 hours was a good time frame

i thought he had to marry and then file papers for adjusment of status then he could get ssn ugh why does this have to be such a pain

Thank you he made it wasn't long at all in Washington they asked like 3 question and he was done now I have to figure out what I need to do after we married what to file so he can start working

How long after interview did you get your passport and do they send you and email letting you know they have sent it my fiancee just did his interview on the third they gave him his packet and said he could have it in three days but not sure if he understood correctly

Got email said they are sending it to consulate in Naples Italy now that has been sent is there papers I need to file now we are not married this is for his k-1 visa

Got letter from united states saying his application has been approved and they sent his potion to NVC how long until you hear from them we got his letter in April 2023

so i got my NVC april 21,2023 but still nothing yet from them on when his appointment maybe is this how long it takes
