    I filed my VAWA (360 and 485 concurrently) back in 9/2021 (also the receipt date). It's been more than 3 years. I know there are increasing amount of cases and the processing time now is 41 months (compared to 17 months back in 2021). I just have too much emotion that I cannot express in my real life. My abusive husband passed away in 2023. Our kid is in preschool. I am stuck at where I am. I think I am patient, but I just don't know when will this sad chapter of my life get over.
