    Hi, also Czech here (with an approved CR-1 currently waiting for the NVC to approve documents). I just wanted to recommend to do to the CR-1 instead of K1 if you’re still undecided, especially if you want to be with your partner sooner rather than later, the CR1 is a way to go, also significantly less expensive, and you can still visit on ESTA during the wait (I visited twice since we applied for CR1 and stayed both times 80days) Also, do start “collecting evidence” of your relationship, take pictures, save receipts, letters, save flight tickets as you’ll need to submit proof of relationship.     Hi, we got the welcome letter from NVC on 29th of May via email, so few days after our approval on 24th of May. Also the case status changed on 28th to Case was sent to the department of state.

    So happy to share that we got approved! PD: 06/25/2022 Approval date: 05/24/2023 we filed the petition online and our NOA1 came from Texas service center, last week we got a RFE from Potomac and yesterday the status changed to actively reviewing - and the approval was in the documents tab. I wish everyone good luck and lots of patience!
