  1. ... Guess I spoke too soon? Quick, everyone complain about your receipt date!
  2. Glad I'm not the only one who's noticed that. Why's there an entire "ignore" zone and why do we have to be in it lol
  3. Welp, guess it's official. December had less than half as many updates as January on Wednesday with 1000 of us still left ...
  4. Congratulations! I'm glad you finally heard something. Very curious to see what further evidence they're gonna request from you. Thank you for continuing to look after us December filers too ❤️ Ngl, I thought I'd mastered this game of patience by now, but starting to feel a bit demoralized after seeing USCIS shift their focus to January. Doesn't help that we originally filed in early November but our package wasn't registered until late December for some reason.
  5. I wish you the best @mw & rg k1 , hopefully they touch your case very soon. Out of curiosity, are you planning to continue the December scans after your approval? You don't have to obviously, but it would be sad to seen them go lol Side note, but I found this interesting spreadsheet that's maintained by another applicant on reddit the other day. Not sure if it was posted here before, but here it is if anyone wants to have a look.
  6. Just remember that even if you get your NOA2 or K1 earlier than expected, you won't have to make use of it right away since it'll be valid for 6 months from the point you had your medical.
  7. Our miners only publish current/verified results, this clearly happened in a January group.
  8. Thank you for the thorough explanation. This is definitely a little worrying. I ended up checking my inquiry date yesterday, and saw that I'm not allowed to contact USCIS before the end of May (for the time being, who knows if it'll get pushed back again). I don't quite get it since that would put me at over 17 months, nowhere near the current 15.5 estimate. To think that it's not outside the realm of possibility to be left behind and not even be able to send an inquiry for another month and a half after crossing normal processing times is ... not pleasant.
  9. Could you elaborate on this? Do you mean that they are leaving an increasing number of cases behind the peak of activity stranded?
  10. Did you create a copy of your I-129f package as recommended? If so, you could go through the forms again to see if you're missing anything.
  11. I'm sorry you waited so long only to be presented with an RFE. Do you have any idea what it could be about? Please keep us in the loop.
  12. Nothing to worry about. The vast majority if not all of these were most likely rejections due to improper filing since January isn't even being worked on yet.
  13. Thank you for your analysis as always! Seems to me they really want to wrap up all of 2021 soon, considering we haven't seen a range quite like this before. Maybe an attempt to pretty up the next quarterly report somewhat. I'm quite worried about the rate of RFEs hovering at over 50% still. I think that's worse than it was in July when the RFE trend first started.
  14. How come they booted you? Do they have a distaste for insightful analytics lol I'm cautiously excited about December processing approaching. We just sent USCIS supplementary 'evidence' this week to replace a blurry passport photo from our original application. Still kind of nervous about potential RFEs, even though we were quite thorough in every other regard. I've read that some people have been getting RFEs for a lack of 'proof of engagement' and/or exact wedding plans (?) which seems odd and worrying. Our package included two notarized testimonials of our relationship and engagement from friends and family and a receipt for my engagement ring (it's explicitly listed as that) – as well as two signed letters of our intent to marry within 90 days of my arrival, of course. Do you think we should be in the clear with that for this specific potential scenario?
  15. Thank you from us as well! Do you think it would be fine to just mark the envelope with 'Supplement' or 'Correction' (like you'd do with 'Original Submission' or 'Response to Request for Further Evidence')?
  16. Hello everyone, I was hoping to get some input into how I should go about structuring a supplement to fix something that would most likely result in an RFE. When I went to visit my fiancé this most recent time, I took the copy of our I-129f package with me and noticed that one of the passport photos he'd printed out turned out incredibly pixelated and blurry (I sent him a high res digital print version just before filing last year but the shop had trouble with it apparently; his turned out fine). If possible I want him to print and send out a new one to replace the one we originally submitted. However I'm not sure how to title and frame the supplement, where to leave my case number to make sure it gets assigned to my case, etc. Sorry if this is redundant, I'm having some trouble with the search function so I'm not sure if there's already a thread that goes into this exact issue. Any help is appreciated!
