Hello friends, I am a petitioner currently living in Vietnam. I am filing the form I-130 online and have some questions at the Evidence section: 1. Additional proof of marriage: I have bought a house with my wife in Vietnam with both my name and my wife name on the home deed. Do you think it helps to attach this deed for this question? 2. Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary: does she need to fill out this form I-130A now to attach for this question? 3. Official statement: religious, school, census, written statement... what do I need to submit? I am a US citizen. Thanks very much!
