  1. Our I134 took about 2 1/2 months to get approved. We applied about 6 days after they opened it up for Venezuelans 10/25/22 got approved on 1/7/23.
  2. Just get married and file for the cr1, thats our plan now. The K1 provides no benefits over the Parole.
  3. Parole is almost exactly the same as the k1 and much faster. We filed our k1 in Jan 2022 and the parole in Oct 2022 we just got approved for the parole. The k1 process will probably be another 6 or more months.
  4. I have a k1 currently NOA1 January 2022 and applied for parole back in October 25th 2022 still haven't heard anything on the Parole. Nothing keeping you from filing both just immigration is slow as every with both.
  5. New Orleans and St. Luis murder rates are on par with Caracas, Dont go to the Ghetto dont stay out late at night, you will be just fine.
  6. If you have money the USA has the best care in the world. If you are poor not so much.
  7. Thanks a lot , posted my timeline in that thread, hopefully more people start to get approved.
  8. I filled it out on the 10/25 Still have not received the approval, would nice to keep a timeline. I will update you when and if we get approved.
  9. You are right its humanitarian parole. I was really looking for processing time on this if anyone has any idea?
  10. We filled a K1 back in January of 2022 we also filled for advanced parole in October of 2022 when the first opened up the advanced parole for Venezuelans, was wondering if anyone knew the processing time for the I134, or if we could start an tracker for it. I know its limited amount of people its really only for Venezuela and Ukraine. We called USCIS and they had no estimated timeline. https://www.uscis.gov/venezuela
  11. Doesn't really make sense you could hire two attorneys at 350 per hour to process the K1 and still save money. They only take 40 mins to complete on average. Its just the government being inefficient, raising the fees will only cause more waste, its not a money issue its a government issue. They could double the USCIS budget and they would still take just as long to process.
