  1. Jan and Feb 2022 filers…We just started a WhatsApp group. It’s still very new but please join, the more the merrier 🥰 https://chat.whatsapp.com/CwAyhtiS7Nb6t2i8H4FEdh
  2. @grumpypiggy found an amazing google sheet that has data on all cases ahead of us. It has daily and weekly updates. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sN2bo1xZhs8oVU6-QDUdBXBX2_ci8_QJ0wiz59Gp6H4/edit#gid=0 This takes so much time to do and maintain, so please consider donating to the creator of this doc. They linked their Venmo in the "read me" tab. I will continue to update the weekly numbers on Friday, but honestly this sheet has way more info than my updates. Hope this brings you all some peace of mind. It really has for me.
  3. This is hopeful! Mind if I reference your data in Jan 2022 filers post on Friday?
  4. Hi, I meant that January 2022 filers will see approval by April/may at the latest.
  5. I think April/May is a solid timeline. Looks like the processing times are picking up but it’s best not to get our hopes up.
  6. Hi! No they are both the same data don’t add them. This is just the number of cases in January left to process. This doesn’t include pending cases in December or months prior.
  7. I’m doing it manually too and a couple times I caught myself in errors lol. It’s alot but it really helps me feel like there is hope when they numbers move.
  8. Hi Jan Filers! I will be doing these updates once a week at minimum. I'll play with the formatting if needed for clarity. Looks like they are dipping their toes in the January 2022 pool. Let me know if you want to see any other calculations. Have a great weekend 😍 Updated 2/3/2023 2:00 PM PST Approved Declined RFEs Untouched/Other Prev. 9. Ok, I was affraid the answer might be manual in the case tracker app. I didnt have much luck with the other groups and trying to nail down a script, they are custom built and people a very apprehensive to share. No worries, I'll update the January group weekly. Thank you!
  10. I can track January if you share info/directions on how to track. Thank you for doing this!
  11. I hired an attorney after doing alot of research and paid about 4k. If I get an RFE after paying 4k I will be so pissed. LOL The 4k includes adjustment or status and interview prep. We shall see... I will def keep visajourney updated.
  12. Quite a few i134a approvals on the FB groups. There seems to be some outliers getting approved from the 17th and after, but mostly looking like they are on the 7th/8th. Fingers crossed! Luck, Love and patience to all!
  13. Pure torture! Sending good vibes to you. I would lose my mind seeing the November approvals with an NOA1 of October. Stay strong.
  14. It’s so frustrating. So many approvals before and after our app date. At least with k1 we can get an idea of where they are on processing. This parole process is totally dark.
  15. Love this! Great capture. I’m a U.S. citizen but my parents are from Cuba, visit a few times a year, actually just got back on Tuesday. Such a shame that such a beautiful place has so much poverty.
  16. Humanitarian Crisis is listed. Uscis.gov has created the new i134a process for countries where there is a current humanitarian crisis.
  17. I’m wondering if now that the US has officially recognized Cuba as a country in crisis if uscis will accept this as good reason to approve an expedited request. I’m reading the i134a can take 90 days so maybe trying to expedite and wait out the i134a might be worth a shot. Our NOA1 date is 1/14/22
  18. Your financial responsibility is 2 years...Kinda...The parole process would allow them to work almost instantly, so if you trust your beneficiary would work and not live off of you. But really then you're on the hook for only two years. HOWEVER, Cuban's are really only 1 year and 1 day. Cuban's have a special permission that allow them to gain residency in US after being here one year and one day. It is the only country that is allowed this privilege.
  19. I applied on the 10th for i134a. My fiancé is also in Cuba, with a pending k1 application (NOA1 date is 1/14/22). Would love to know when/if you hear back on the i134a app. Good luck to you.
  20. I just had a lengthy convo with my attorney about this. My Fiance is in Cuba, We haven't been approved yet, but according to my attorney, this parole process bypasses the Embassy and interview phase essentially. There is no harm to your current application. Even with an NOA2 approval, there is a good chance this parole program would get your fiance here sooner. I just submitted my i134a. Fingers crossed the 30K per month threshold hasn't been reached yet.
