    I'm the petioner visiting morocco, recently our i-130 was approved. Do I need my wife's "casier judiciaire" from the court or police report from the police for the NVC stage? Also do I need to submit my police record as well for some reason?

    Hi folks, September's fillers seems to be more active so I'm going to try my luck in here. I'm an October filler and have received the approval on Aug 27th but haven't received the welcome letter, where can I submit the inquiry?

    It's been 10 days and I haven't received the welcome letter. What can I do to get the letter to me?

    I never saw this coming, but guess what? Our case has been approved!! Today, I saw an email in my inbox stating "Action Taken on Your Case." At first, I couldn't see anything different and was disappointed. So I closed the browser on my phone, almost not wanting to know. But then hours after I reconnected to the internet on my phone, and there it was. It seems like its been forever.
